A PrestaShop 1.7 store owner planned a migration to version 8, but the store was slow and errors appeared after module updates.

I ran a security and migration-readiness audit: a review of modules, overrides, PHP configuration and logs. I fixed the critical vulnerabilities and cleaned up the cache.

12 vulnerabilities removed (3 critical) before the migration, load time reduced by ~40%, a safe move to PrestaShop 8.

A public institution reported a suspected breach: unusual traffic, unavailable services and server alerts.

I contained the impact, isolated the infected components, restored services from backups and secured the configuration. I prepared the incident documentation.

Services restored within 24 hours, the incident reported to the relevant CSIRT team, and recommendations implemented to reduce the risk of recurrence.

A growing office had a flat network with no segmentation, weak remote access and no traffic separation.

I designed the topology (star), separated VLANs per department, configured a VPN for remote work, and set firewall rules and a guest Wi-Fi.

Network traffic split and controlled, secure remote access, simpler management and a higher level of security.
